¿What do you do?

Diseñamos e impartimos formaciones en modalidad de cursos, talleres, monográficos y conferencias desde el nivel básico de iniciación hasta el de alta especialización. Fomentamos tanto el aprendizaje de contenidos como el desarrollo de habilidad.

Impartimos los cursos de las calificaciones WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) en Vino Destilados. Desarrollamos acciones a medida, talleres diversos “llave en mano” y consultorías para empresas. También diseñamos viajes de enoturismo formativo a distintas regiones vinícolas, nacionales e internacionales, complementado el aprendizaje con experiencias de vida.Todo ello en castellano y/o en inglés.

Organizamos estas actividades presenciales en nuestras instalaciones , así como otro espacios -vinotecas, hoteles, bodegas, etc-. Y también trabajamos regularmente en formato Online y por Videoconferencia en directo, haciendo que la distancia, la ubicación o la movilidad no sean una dificultad sino una oportunidad.

Nuestros estudiantes son tanto amantes del vino «Winelovers» , como profesionales de la restauración, hoteles, bodegas, empresas de distribución/exportación y sector del enoturismo. 

Trabajamos también con las empresas que necesitan desarrollar las capacidades de sus equipos, innovar en servicios y reforzar su estrategia comercial.

Teresa Guilarte

Teresa Guilarte DipWSET -FOUNDING PARTNER-

I was born in Bilbao, and after finishing my degree in Business Psychology, I specialized in team and people management in international organizations, a field in which I have worked in different countries.

I am a Sommelier Specialist by the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao. I have the WSET Diploma Certification (L4) obtained in London and I am an Official Trainer of Rioja, Marco de Jerez and Cava wines, endorsed by the respective Regulatory Councils. I am currently a student at the prestigious Masters of Wine Institute.

I teach at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao and at the University de Deusto and among other projects, I have developed the training contents of the Escuela de Formación del Txakoli de Bizakoli de Bizkaia (Bizkaiko Txakolina Eskola).

I am currently in charge of content management and the design and development of training courses at Artean Wines, combining it with consulting for companies and the delivery of seminars, technical tastings, masterclasses and customized training courses.

Josean Martín

Josean Martín -FOUNDING PARTNER-

After graduating in Business Management and Administration, I have worked in different organizations with responsibilities in the areas of Finance, HR and general management. I have lived in several cities and worked in different countries, which has allowed me -among many other things-, to know and enjoy their wines, getting closer to the identity and culture of each country.

My passion for the world of wine has led me to join the Artean Wines project, contributing my skills and experience, to obtain the WSET Level 3 Certification and to become certified as an Enology Specialist. I have always thought that you learn the most when you train other people.

I am in charge of marketing, resource management and planning, enjoying and betting on the growth and development of this exciting project.

Ricardo Sanchoyarto

Ricardo Sanchoyarto -Tutor certificado-

With an initial training and professional career in psychology, my beginnings in the world of wine were those of just another consumer. Years ago, my passion for wine led me to study and research this exciting world.

I began by reading countless books to understand the wines I drank and I took the Sommelier Specialist Course at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao. Later I completed it with the Postgraduate Specialization in Wine Sensory Analysis at the University of La Rioja. I have the WSET level 3 certification and I am a Certified Trainer of the Marco de Jerez, Official Educator of Rioja Wine and Trainer in Cava.

Besides wine, training has become another of my passions. I teach various sommelier courses and give seminars, masterclasses and thematic tastings. Since 2015 I have taken this interest in training to the website Aprender de Vino, the reference website in Spanish on wine learning, of which I am the owner and editor.

Mario Verdeja -Tutor certificado-

Hotelier by vocation and in love with wines, gastronomy, travel and culture, I live in a continuous journey to discover wines, terroirs and people.

I have a degree in Labor Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Social and Labor Auditing, but I fell in love with the hotel and catering business and have been involved in it for twenty years as a manager of hotel and catering establishments, and also in the distribution of HORECA products.

An initiation course was my first apprenticeship in the world of wine. Subsequently I was certified with merit in WSET 2 and, after a few months, with distinction in WSET 3. I am also certified by the Sommelier Specialist Course (CES) by the Artxanda School of Hospitality, in Bilbao, Certified Trainer by the DO Cava, and certified in the Advanced Course Sherry Wines of the PDO Jerez.

I am currently part of the Artean Wines Escuela de Vino team, collaborating in the creation and management of content, and in the development of training, combining it with consulting for companies and the delivery of monographs, technical tastings and masterclasses.

Con formación inicial y trayectoria profesional en la Psicología, mis inicios en el mundo del vino fueron los de un consumidor más. La pasión por el vino me embarcó hace años en el estudio y la investigación de este emocionante mundo.

Comencé con la lectura de un sinfín de libros para a entender los vinos que bebía y realicé el Curso de Especialista en Sumillería de la Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Bilbao. Posteriormente lo completé con el Posgrado de Especialización en Análisis Sensorial del Vino de la Universidad de la Rioja. Cuento con la certificación WSET nivel 3 y soy Formador Homologado del Marco de Jerez, Educador Oficial del Vino de Rioja y Formador en Cava.

Además del vino, la formación se ha ido convirtiendo en otra de mis pasiones. Soy docente en distintos cursos de sumillería e imparto seminarios, masterclass y catas temáticas. Desde 2015 he llevado este interés por la formación a la web aprender de vino, de la que soy propietario y editor.
